This was before the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Finance organized experts to conduct competitive evaluation of cold chain logistics implementation plans for more than 40 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities (including cities with separate plans). After the public announcement, the first cold chain logistics demonstration work conference held by the Ministry of Commerce marked that the province was officially selected as one of the 10 demonstration provinces in the country and will receive special funds from the central government.

Our province is the main grassland animal husbandry production base in the country. The animal and plant resources such as beef and mutton have the characteristics of green, organic and natural. At the same time, our province is far away from the market of agricultural and sideline products, and the demand for cold chain logistics is large. In recent years, the province's cold chain logistics has been initially formed on the basis of high-quality and characteristic agricultural and livestock products, relying on the wholesale market of agricultural and livestock products and regional cold-chain logistics distribution centers, with agricultural and livestock products production enterprises, circulation enterprises and processing enterprises as The diversified development pattern of the carrier. Up to now, the province has built 320,000 tons of cold storage capacity, 15 professional refrigerated transport companies and 244 refrigerated vehicles.

The person in charge of the Provincial Department of Commerce said that the next step will be to fully communicate with the provincial finance and other departments, further refine the implementation plan, establish a cold chain logistics development leading group, introduce a supporting system, screen and determine the main body of the project, and strive to launch the implementation in September this year. Through demonstration, we will strive to use two years to promote the province's cold chain circulation rate to 15%, the cold chain transportation rate to 20%, the cold chain link loss rate to 20%, and gradually build a reasonable layout, functional perfect, standard Sound and standardized cold chain logistics service system.
