According to Ningbo Customs statistics, from January to August, Ningbo Port's import and export to Africa reached 73.9 billion yuan, an increase of 22.6% compared with the same period of last year (the same below); among them, exports were 50.96 billion yuan, up 10.9%, and imports were 22.94 billion yuan, up 60.4. %. The top three trades among African countries and Ningbo ports are Angola, South Africa and Egypt, with imports and exports of 9.95 billion yuan, 9.94 billion yuan and 8.66 billion yuan, respectively, up 27.3%, 16.2% and 32.2%. The export commodities were mainly labor-intensive products and mechanical and electrical products, with exports of 24.43 billion yuan and 18.05 billion yuan respectively, up 11.5% and 13.7% respectively, which together accounted for 83.4% of the total exports during the same period. Imported goods were mainly crude oil, with imports of 12.2 billion yuan, an increase of 30.9%, accounting for 53.2% of Ningbo Port's total imports from non-imports during the same period. In September, the successful convening of the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation is conducive to deepening China-Africa economic and trade cooperation. It will play an active role in actively expanding emerging markets and diversifying the risks caused by trade disputes in the context of profound and complex changes in the international situation.
