It was learned from Yangming Shipping that the company announced that it will provide a new China-East India service (route code CIE), which will be operational from March 16, 2017.

The CIE route is: Busan - Qingdao - Shanghai - Shekou - Singapore - Port Klang - Chennai - Port Klang - Singapore - Manila North Port - Busan. The entire journey takes 35 days.

In addition to CIE services, Yangming Shipping will also provide five additional routes in the India/Pakistan market, as follows:

CIX route port: Xingang-Qingdao-Kaohsiung-Singapore-Klangport-Navasiwa-Mundra-Colombo-Klangang-Singapore-Newport;

WIN route port: Shanghai - Ningbo - Shekou - Singapore - Port Klang - Navasiwa - Pipavawo - Colombo - Port Klang - Singapore - Gaymei Port - Hong Kong - Shanghai;

CPX route port: Shanghai - Ningbo - Shekou - Singapore - Karachi - Mundra - Port Klang - Singapore - Hong Kong - Shanghai;

CIP route port: Guangyang - Busan - Shanghai - Ningbo - Shekou - Singapore - Navasiwa - Karachi - Port Klang - Singapore - Dachan Bay Port - Hong Kong - Koyo;

SBS route port: Port Klang - Singapore - Kolkata - Haldia - Port Klang;
